基于trnH-PsbA序列的部分苔藓植物亲缘关系分析 被引量:4

摘要 以毛地钱(Dumortiera hirsuta)为外类群,利用ClustalX 2.0和MEGA 4.1软件对13种苔藓植物的trnH-PsbA基因序列进行比对和分析,构建分子系统树。结果表明,13种苔藓植物的trnH-PsbA序列长度为174-186 bp,排序后总长度为191 bp,其中变异位点51个,信息位点30个。遗传距离在0.006-0.200,平均遗传距离为0.103。利用非加权组平均数UPGMA(Unweight pair group method with arithmetic mean)法建立的系统树显示,13种苔藓植物分为3组。在科间水平上,序列分析结果与形态学结果一致,trnH-PsbA序列对于苔藓植物的系统发育研究有一定的参考价值。 Using Dumortiera hirsuta as the outgroup, trnH-PsbA genes belonging to 13 bryophyte species were analyzed and aligned to construct the phylogenetic trees using ClustalX 2.0 and MEGA 4.1 softwares. The results showed that the length of trnH-PsbA gene in 13 bryophytes were between 174 bp and 186 bp. The total length of sequence was 191 bp after alignment, including 51 variable sites and 30 informative sites. The genetic distance were between 0.006 and 0.200, with the average of 0.103. 13 species in the UPGMA tree(Unweight pair group method with arithmetic mean tree) were clustered into three groups. The constructed phylogenetic trees based on sequences were consistent with the results based on morphology among families. It is proved that trnH-PsbA sequence is useful for studying phylogenetics of bryophytes.
