手术前预防性应用抗生素能有效降低手术切口感染率。该文通过对围术期预防性应用抗生素的依据及其与麻醉药物相互作用的分析和探讨,发现术前不规范使用抗生素可能产生多种不良后果,并从术前知情同意谈话、抗生素的使用、使用时机的选择、使用后出现的并发症、由此产生的医疗纠纷如何处理等方面进行相关思考,以期使术前应用抗生素更加科学、安全、规范,提高医护人员及患者的安全保障。

Through the analysis and discussions of prophylactic antibiotics usage references and its interaction with anesthetics, several adverse outcomes were found during the non-standard use of prophylactic antibiotics. In order to make sure the use of prophylactic antibiotics more scientific, standardized and safer, and improve the medical staff and patients＇ safety, some serious topics related were stated such as the principle of the preoperative conversa- tion, the use of prophylactic antibiotics, the right time choosing, the handling of complications and medical disputes.
