The Advances in Research on Commonly Used Method for Animal Models of Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy

2型糖尿病肾病(T2DN)是糖尿病致死的主要原因,目前对T2DN仍无有效的治疗方法,防治T2DN的研究就显得非常重要,建立与人类发病机制相似的T2DN动物模型是防治研究的关键问题。迄今为止仍无理想的T2DN动物模型的制备方法,目前国内外文献报道的T2DN动物模型常用的制备方法有链脲菌素药物诱导法、四氧嘧啶药物诱导法、KK-Ay小鼠、db/db小鼠、OLETF大鼠等。

Type 2 diabetic nephropathy（T2DN） is a major death cause of diabetes, so far for which there is still no effective treatment, therefore research of prevention and treatment for T2DN is very important, and creating satisfactory T2DN animal modds similar to human pathogenesis is the key issue of the research. However, to date there is still no satisfactory method for preparing T2DN animal model, so far reported com- monly used T2DN animal models include streptozotocin induction, alloxan induction, KK-Ay mice, db/db mice,OLETF rats and so on.
