摘要 急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)是临床常见多发病之一,病死率较高,严重影响患者的生存和预后。白细胞介素10(IL-10)是重要的抗炎因子之一,可通过多种分子机制拮抗炎性反应,其分泌不足可导致ARDS的发病率和病死率显著增加。IL-10基因多态性亦参与ARDS的发生和发展,且不同基因型对患者生存及预后的影响存在差异。该文就IL-10及其基因多态性与ARDS间关系的研究进行综述,以期为ARDS的治疗提供新的理论依据。 Acute respiratory distress syndrome ( ARDS ) is a common clinical condition in critical care medicine with high mortality, which seriously affects the prognosis of patients. IL-10 is an important anti- inflammatory cytokine, which can suppress the inflammatory response through multiple molecular mecha- nisms. The lack of IL-10 secretion increases the morbidity and mortality of ARDS. Genetic polymorphism within the promoter of IL-10 also contributes the pathogenesis of ARDS. Studies have found that different genotypes have diverse effects on the survival and prognosis of ARDS. Here is to make a review of the recent research progress in the relationship between genetic polymorphism of IL-10 and ARDS, with the aim to provide new theoretical basis for the clinical treatment.
