摘要 复发性流产(RPL)是指连续发生两次或以上20周前的自然流产。抗磷脂综合征(APS)是由抗磷脂抗体(APL)引起的一组反复动脉或静脉血栓、流产等临床症状和体征的总称。APS引起RPL的发病机制可能与APL、补体、内皮细胞、膜联蛋白有关。目前治疗APS导致的RPL后妊娠的方法主要是抗凝治疗,如肝素、阿司匹林等。对这些方法加以比较有利于临床选择最有效的治疗措施。 Recurrent pregnancy loss （RPL） is traditionally defined as two or more consecutive miscarriages occurring before 20 weeks gestation. Antiphospholipid syndrome （APS）is a series of clinical manifestations associated with aterial and venous thrembus, RPL caused by antipholipid antibodies （APL）. The pathogenesis of RPL caused by APS may be related to APL, complement, endothelial cell and annexin. The anticoagulant therapy is the main treatment for pregnancy with APS caused RPL, such as heparin and aspirin. Comparing the therapies is good for selection of the most effective therapy in clinical.
