腹腔镜下手术治疗直肠癌20例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 20 Cases of Laparoscopic Operation for Colorectal Cancer

目的总结腹腔镜下手术治疗直肠癌的临床经验。方法对解放军第四六三医院普通外科于2008年3月至2012年3月收治的20例腹腔镜结直肠癌患者的临床病历资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术,术中均未出现严重并发症,无一例发生围术期死亡。术后无一例患者发生吻合口瘘;术后并发切口感染1例,尿路感染1例,肺部感染2例,经积极对症支持治疗后均痊愈。结论医师在掌握好手术适应证的前提下,腹腔镜直肠癌手术是安全可靠的,值得临床上推广应用。

Objective To summarize clinical experience of laparoscopic operation in treatment of rectal cancer. Methods Retrospective analysis on 20 colorectal cancer patients admitted by General Surgery Department of No. 463 Hospital of PLA from Mar. 2008 to Mar. 2012 for laparoscopic operation was done. Results The operation was successful in all patients,withougt severe complications and periperative death. No patients had anastomotic fistula after operation. 1 case had postoperative incision infection, 1 case had urinary tract infection, and 2 cases had pulmonary infection, all of which were cured by actively symptomatic treatment. Conclusion Laparoscopic operation is safe and reliable when physicians are familiar with the indication of operation ,which is worthy of clinical application.
