摘要
随着集成度不断提高,电子产品越来越小,越来越薄,散热问题也越发突出,因此无刷直流散热微电机被广泛使用。根据无刷直流散热微电机不同应用电压,分3部分总结了单芯片无刷直流散热微电机驱动电路解决方案。阐述了驱动电路涉及的软开关控制法、电机锁死检测与自动重启、线性及开关型桥式驱动、无定位传感器转子检测法、电机软启动、转速控制等技术。通过分析现有单芯片驱动电路方案,展望了无刷直流散热微电机驱动电路未来的发展方向。
The elevated integration density of electronic components resulting in the miniaturized electronics, the solu- tion of electronic products' cooling issues are put forward.Therefore the brushless DC cooling motors have been widely used.Based on different applied voltage of brushless DC cooling micro-motor,the solutions of the single chip driving circuit are divided into three parts.Furthermore,the soft-switching,motor lock detection and auto-restart,the bridge driving of linear and switching mode, rotor detection without sensor, motor soft start, speed control, ere in motor driv- ing circuits are expounded.Through analyzing the existing solutions, the future research of the driving circuit used for brushless DC cooling micro-motor is presented.
