摘要
设计了采用峰值电流模式控制技术和斜坡补偿技术实现Boost开关电源控制器中电感电流的检测电路,其中SenseFET器件作为电流检测部分。芯片采用0.6μm.30V.BCD工艺,输入电压为2.5--5.5V的直流电压,频率为1MHz,占空比达到80%~95%情况下验证了电流检测精度可达96%。该电路结构简单,不消耗额外功耗,响应速度快,同时在很大的负载电流情况下也能有效实现电流检测功能。
The design adopts the peak current mode control technology and slope compensation technology to realize the Boost inductor current detection circuit in the switch power supply controller.The SenseFET device is regarded as current part.Chip is 0.6 μm-30 V-BCD process,the input voltage of 2.5--5.5 V DC voltage and the frequency of 1 MHz,duty ratio reaches 80%-95% of cases which verify the current accuracy can reach 96%.The circuit structure is simple, do not consume extra power consumption and fast response speed, meanwhile, it brings about the current detection of function under the condition of large load current.
