摘要
基于对100 kW永磁同步电机(PMSM)伺服系统的研发,提出了大功率交流伺服系统散热系统的常规性设计方法和流程。首先对伺服系统整体热损耗进行计算,根据整个系统的发热量对风量的需求,选择合适的风机,然后根据发热量与温升之间的关系,计算出所需散热器的热阻,选择散热器,最后对风道进行设计。基于热仿真软件FLOTHERM对设计的散热系统进行整体仿真,并进行了相关实验,仿真和实验结果证明散热系统的设计是合理的。
Based on research and development of 100 kW permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) servo system, conventional method and design process of the heat dissipation system of high power servo system is presented.Firstly, the overall heat loss of the servo system is calculated.According to the air volume requirements of the whole system, appropriate fan is chosen.According to the relationship between the heat and the temperature rise,the thermal resis- tance of the required heat sink is calculated,and the heat sink is selected.At last,the air duck is designed.Then the whole system is simulated by FLOTHERM, and some associated experiments are made.The simulation and experimental results prove that the design of heat dissipation system is reasonable.
