摘要 分析了实验用褐煤基活性焦灰分的主要组成,考察了活性焦溶于除盐水后,水焦比及停留时间对溶液的pH、电导率、硬度及阴阳离子浓度的影响规律,并对活性焦溶于气化废水的溶解特性进行了定性分析。结果表明,实验用活性焦的空干基灰分含量约26%,其中氧化硅、氧化钙和氧化铝的含量较高;除盐水投加活性焦后,溶液的pH、电导率、硬度及离子含量均增大,溶液中钙离子和硫酸根离子的溶出浓度较大,在水焦比为30:1,停留时间为8.0h时,Ca2+、SO4浓度分别为194.41,210.5mg/L;在停留时间2.0—8.0h,上述各水质参数随停留时间的变化趋势不明显。 The main ash content of lignite based active coke was determined, and the solubility law was studied in deionized water with different water-coke ratio. The results showed that the ash of active coke sample consisted mainly of Si, A1, Ca, Fe. The pH and conductivity would increase after active coke dos- aged into deionized water, the dissolution of Ca2. and SO42- of the sample was high, they were 194.41, 210.5 mg/L when the water-coke ratio was 30:1 and oscillation time was 8.0 h. There was no significant change of the water quality parameter while the mixing time was 2.0 - 8.0 h.
