摘要 以3-苯基缩水甘油为起始原料,通过Ritter反应引入氨基结构单元,随后以高价态金属钌氧化切断邻二醇结构,生成羧基片段,得到目标化合物N-乙酰苯甘氨酸。 The preparation of N-acetyl phenylglycine was achieved from commerical available 2,3-epoxy 3-phenyl-l-propanol. The amino group was introduced by Ritter reaction of epoxyl alcohol, and the carbonyl group was assembled from oxidation cleavage of 1,2-diol
