摘要
制备出增韧家具封边热熔胶,主要组分为EVA树脂、热塑性弹性体A、松香衍生物、松香、填料等。经检测,软化点92℃,拉伸强度大于4 MPa,断裂伸长率150%,原材料成本低于10元/kg。
A thermoplastic elastomer material （TPE-A）, which has good compatibility and quite moderate fusion temperature with EVA resin was applied to the experiment that yielded a toughtened hot-inch adhe sive for furniture edge bonding. The main component of the adhesive for edge-sealing els are as follows ： EVA resin, vinsol, rosin, fillers, etc. Detection of the product are point 92 % ,tensile strength above 4 MPa,elongation at break 150% ,costs below 10 of wood-based pan as follows： softening yuan/kg.
