摩擦材料中纤维品种的选择及性能研究

摘要 采用干法工艺热压成型,制备混杂纤维增强无石棉摩擦材料,热压温度为165℃,压力为25MPa,热压时间为500S,在180℃下热处理120min。测定材料的摩擦磨损性能、物理性能。结果表明,玻璃纤维混杂增强摩擦材料的摩擦因数在0.33-0.41之间变化,磨损率为0.28×10~-0.54×10cm。/(N·m),洛氏硬度为HRM76.0,密度为2.18g/cm。 Hybrid fibers reinforced asbestos-free friction materials were fabricated via hot pressing molding method. And the processes are following:hot-pressing temperature is 165 ℃, hot pressure is 25 MPa, hot pressure time is 500 s,heat treatment 180 ℃ for 120 min. The friction and wear properties,physical per formance of materials were investigated. The results show that the density of the synthesized materials is 2.18 g/cm3 ,the Rockwell hardness is 76.0. And the friction coefficient changes between 0.33 - 0.41, the wear rate 0.28 x 10-7 -0.54 x 10-7 Cm3/(N . m).
