该论文采用"制度—行为—绩效"的后SCP分析范式,拟选择农业产业化经营模式不同的契约安排,从产权关系、组织结构、利润分配、民主管理、激励和风险机制设计等方面,分析评价不同的制度安排、行为和运行绩效,并根据分析结果提出相关建议。

In this paper, the new SCP model （system-conduct-performance） was applied to analysis different contrac- tual arrangement of agricultural industrialization management pattern. The different contractual arrangement, con- duct and performance were evaluated from all aspects, including the property relations, organization structure, prof- it distribution, democratic management, and the design of incentive and risk mechanism. Finally, some related sug- gestions were put forward.
