摘要
建立高粱中多种农药残留的分析方法。利用快速溶剂萃取仪提取,凝胶渗透色谱净化,质谱联用仪测定。结果表明,样品添加回收率为74.6%~96.4%,RSD为1.02%~7.53%;相关系数为0.9921~0.9999。检出限为0.1~2.7μg/kg,定量限为0-3~8.1μg/kg。该方法具有自动化高、准确、灵敏的特点,适用于对酒用高粱中多种农药残留的检测分析。
The analytical method of multiple pesticide residues in sorghum for liquors use had been developed as follows: sample extracted by rapid solvent extractor, then purified by Gel permeation chromatography, and finallly determined by Mass spectrometer. The experimental results suggested that sample recovery rate was 74.6 %-96.4 %, RSD was 1.02 %-7.53 %, the correlation coefficient was 0.9921-0.9999, the detec- tion limit was 0.1 -2.7 μg/kg, and the limit of quantitation was 0.3 -8.1 μg/kg. Such method had the features of highly-automated, accurate and sensitive measurement and it was suitable for the detection of multiple pesticide residues in sorghum for liquors in practice.
