覆岩垮落带高度对高位钻孔瓦斯抽放效果影响的研究 被引量:17

摘要 随着焦坪矿区开采水平的延伸和开采强度的增大,矿井的瓦斯涌出量也将随之增大,综放工作面高位钻孔瓦斯抽放效果对瓦斯治理变得极为重要,而瓦斯抽放效果如何主要取决于覆岩垮落带高度的确定。因此,针对下石节煤矿4-2煤层综放开采引起的垮落带高度及瓦斯抽放效果开展相关研究,以该矿15综放工作面开采为工程背景,采用现场实测、理论分析和现场瓦斯抽放对比试验相结合的方法,给出了4-2煤层垮落带高度的预测公式,得到15综放工作面垮落带高度为60.9 m,为高位钻孔参数设计提供了可靠的技术数据。 The mine gas emission rate raises with the deepening of the mining level and the increase of mining intensity in Jiaoping Coal Mining Area, in this case, the gas drainage effect in fully mechanized caving face by high-level boreholes became very important to gas control and the gas drainage effect depended on the determination of the caving zone height of the overburden strata. For this purpose, study was made on the caving zone height and gas drainage effect in 4-2 seam fully mechanized caving face in Xiashijie Mine. By taking the mining of No. 15 fully mechanized caving face of the mine as the engineering background and using the combined method of the field measurement, theoretical analysis and on-site gas drainage comparative test, the prediction formula for the caving zone height of 4-2 seam was derived and the caving zone height of No. 15 fully mechanized caving face was determined as 60.9m, all of those provided reliable technical data for the parameter design of the high-level boreholes.
