摘要
对振动床逆流低温富氧褐煤干燥系统火灾爆炸危险部位和危险性进行了分析,提出了采用控制干燥器、布袋除尘器及输送连接管道的含氧量(6%~8%)的办法,使该干燥系统达到本质安全程度;设置防爆泄压装置及自动抑爆装置能最大限度地降低因意外爆炸造成的破坏性。
This paper analyzed the dangerous position and risk of the vibrating-bed counter-flow low-temperature oxygen- rich lignite drying system, put forward the method for making the drying system to the intrinsically safe level by controlling the oxygen content (6% - 8% ) in the dryer, bag dust filter and transport pipeline. Setting the explosion-proof pressure relief device and automatic explosion suppression device can minimize the damages caused by accidental explosion.
