骨保护素对骨-腱愈合促进作用的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨骨保护素(OPG)在膝关节前交叉韧带重建术后骨腱愈合过程中的作用。方法:将24只成年新西兰白兔随机分成2组,OPG组与空白对照组。制备双膝关节前交叉韧带模型,分别于术后3周、6周和12周末每组各处死4只实验动物,取得完整膝关节标本,2只用于光镜下观察骨-腱愈合情况;2只用于行生物力学检测。结果:空白对照组与骨保护素组比较,组织学结果显示:在术后相同时间,OPG组骨-腱结合面有更多的成骨细胞生成。生物力学实验结果:在术后6周和12周末的生物力学试验结果均存在统计学差异(均P<0.01)。结论:骨保护素对膝关节前交叉韧带重建术后骨-腱愈合具有显著的促进作用。 Objective:To investigate the role of osteoprotegerin(OPG)in the knee after cruciate ligament reconstruction tendon bone healing process in the facilitating.Methods:The 24 adult New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into two groups (Blank control group and OPG group),and we executed 4 rabbits,respectively in 3weeks、6 weeks and 12 weeks,to get the complete kee joint specimens.2 specimens were used to check for the histologic change and 2 specimens for biomechanical testing.Results:Histological results:at the same time,there were more osteoblast in OPG group.Six weeks and 12 weeks after operation specimens showed that two groups have significant differences.Conclusion:OPG can betterly promote bone-tendon healing after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.
