反相高效液相色谱法测定天和骨通膏中阿魏酸的含量

Determination of Ferulic Acid Content of Tianhe Gutong by RP HPLC

为建立反相高效液相色谱法测定中药橡皮膏天和骨通中阿魏酸含量的测定方法 ,采用天和骨通的甲醇 -甲酸 (95 :5 )提取液 ,通过 Shim- pack CL C- ODS柱 ,以甲醇 -水 -冰醋酸 (4 5 :5 5 :1)为流动相 ,在 UV- 32 2 nm波长处检测阿魏酸的含量。测定结果显示 ,阿魏酸含量在 2 .44μg/ ml～ 12 .2 0μg/ ml的范围内有良好的线性关系 ,r =0 .9999。平均加样回收率为 10 1.4% ,RSD为 1.5 4%。试验表明本方法快速、简便、准确 ,可用于天和骨通中阿魏酸的含量测定。

To establish a technique for determination of ferulic acid content of Tianhe Gutong,Chinese medicine adhesive plaster,by the reversed phase HPLC, the extraction of methanol formic acid (95∶5) of Tianhe Gutong was used to pass through the Shim pack CLC ODS volume.A mixture of methanol water glacialaceticacid (45∶55∶1) was used as mobile phase. The ferulic acid content was determined at UV 322 nm. The standard curve was linear in the range of 2 44 μg/ml to 12 20 μg/ml, r=0 9999.The average recovery was 101 4% and RSD was 1 54%. This method is rapid, simple and accurate, and satisfys the determination of ferulic acid content of Tianhe Gutong.
