摘要
为了有效解决二灰稳定碎石基层易干缩开裂的问题,选用柔性聚丙烯纤维和高弹性玻璃纤维为试验纤维,在确定的最佳含水量、最大干密度及相同配合比的条件下,进行了二灰碎石掺加纤维的干缩性能试验。研究结果表明,掺加聚丙烯纤维时,当体积掺量为1.6‰时,试件的干缩应变与平均干缩系数达到最小值;掺加玻璃纤维时,最佳掺量为0.5‰,此时对二灰碎石的干缩性能改善效果最好。
In order to solve the dry shrinkage cracking problems of two ash stabilization macadam base, the paper selects the flexible polypropylene fiber and glass fiber with high elasticity as the test fiber. In the conditions of determining the optimum water content, maximum dry density and the same mix ratio, the tests of dry shrinkage performance of two ash macadam after adding fiber are made. The results show that, adding polypropylene fiber, when the volume content is 1.6%o, shrinkage strain and average dry shrinkage coefficient of the specimen reach the minimum value. Adding glass fiber, the optimum content of glass fibers is 0.5%0, and the improvement effect of glass fiber to the performance of dry shrinkage of two ash macadam is the best at this time.
