摘要 为从宏观层面把握我国各区域建筑安全生产水平的差异,并因地制宜地采取应对措施使我国安全生产结构趋于平衡合理,构建基于熵权逼近理想解的排序(TOPSIS)方法的区域建筑安全生产水平综合评价模型。通过熵权法客观地确定评价指标的权重。再采用TOPSIS法和综合平均值法对2003—2012年我国30个省(自治区、直辖市)的建筑安全生产水平进行相对优劣评价。研究结果表明:各区域的建筑安全生产状况在这10 a中均有所波动,且长期存在差异性,主要表现为波动改进提高型、维持型、波动下降型、较大波动型4大类别;从整体水平上看,东、中部地带建筑安全生产状况优于西部地带。 To grasp the regional differences of work safety levels in China's construction industry from a macroscopic perspective, and then take specific measures to make its work safety structure more reasonable and balanced, a synthetic evaluation model of the regional construction work safety level is built based on entropy TOPSIS. Firstly, the evaluation index weights are objectively determined by the entropy method. Then, the construction work safety levels of 30 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) in China from 2003 to 2012 are sequenced by TOPSIS method and synthetic average method. The results show that in ten years each region's construction work safety level is volatile and there is a long-term differ- ence that work safety levels can be divided into four categories, namely fluctuatingly increasing type, maintaining type, fluctuatingly decreasing type and dramatically fluctuating type. Overall, the situation in eastern and middle zone is substantially better than that in western zone.
