摘要
采用地射线衍射分析、拉伸断口扫描电镜分析及微区能谱分析方法,对添加不同钇含量的ZA-27系列锌合金的拆出相进行系统分析和研究.结果表明,当钇含量在0.035%wt范围内,钇主要与铝生成细小、弥散的YAl_3相.当钇含量达到0.17%wt时,合金除了生成YAl_3相外,有YZn_(12)相生成.随着沉的增加,钇-锌相逐渐增多共长大,当记含量达到或超过0.59%wt时,合金中出现块状的钇-锌相,并有Y_2Zn_(17)相生成.
It was studied that precipitated-phases in M-27 system alloys contain yttrium using X-ray diffraction analysis,SEM and EDS.The results show that the change in the content of yttrium will cause different kinds of precipitated-phases in ZA-27 alloy. When the alloy contains 0.012%wt - 0.035%(wt) of yttrium, the precipitated - phases is majar yAl3-phase. When the alloy contains 0. 17%(wt) of yttrium, besides yAl_3-phases, there is some yZ12,-phase in the alloy. With increase in the content of yttrium, the content of y- Zn phase will increase and the precipitathe will continuously grow. When the content of yttrium is 0.59%(wt) or more than the value, the block y-Zn precipitates may occur and besides yAl3 and yZn12, there is some y2Zn17-phase in the system alloys.
