浅谈磷酸二铵生产中干燥窑的检修改造

干燥窑是磷复肥生产中的核心设备之一,其正常运行对装置的正常生产及产品质量的稳定控制起着不可忽视的重要作用。着重介绍了云南云天化国际化工有限公司红磷分公司300 kt/aNPK装置干燥窑改产磷酸二铵后出现的故障及检修改造情况,以及所取得的效果。

The drying kiln is one of the core equipment for production of phosphate compound fertilizers,whose normal operation plays an important role in the stable control of normal production of the plant and the product quality. The failures occurred after the revamp of the 300 kt / a NPK plant of Yunnan Yuntianhua International Chemical Co.,Ltd. Red Phosphorus Branch to product DAP,and the revamp and turnaround are highlighted,as well as the achieved effect.
