摘要 介绍了云天化云峰分公司磷酸厂3套浓缩装置及其系统运行情况,分析了浓缩系统存在换热器石墨列管结垢、管壳压力升高影响蒸汽加入、稀酸浓度下降、浓酸固含量高等问题,采取相应改进措施后较好解决了系统结垢问题,同时提高了装置清洗效率,实现了系统的长周期运行。 The 3 concentration units and the system operation status of the phosphoric acid plant of Yunnan Yuntianhua International Chemical Co., Ltd. Fengfeng Branch are outlined,existing problems in the concentration system are analyzed,including fouling in the graphite tubes of the heat exchanger,increased pressure in the tube shell which affects the steam introduction,reduced concentration of dilute acid,and high solid content in the concentrated acid. After taking relevant improvement measures,the fouling problem in the systems is resolved,which has also increased the cleaning efficiency of the unit,and realized long-term operation of the systems.
