管状带式输送机能实现在三维空间的弯曲输送和封闭输送。介绍了管状带式输送机的基本结构及其特点,具体探讨了管状输送带发生扭转的原因,并提出了一些预防其扭转的措施,如优化设计、在落料点处安装挡板、输送带成管前增装限料装置、采用偏转检测与纠正装置等。
Tubular belt conveyor can realize curved conveying and enclosed conveying in a three-dimensional space. The basic construction and features of the tubular belt conveyor are outlined,and the root cause for twist of the tubular conveying belt are specifically discussed,and the measures are proposed to prevent the twist,for example,to optimize the design,to install a baffle at the discharge point,add limiting device on the tubular conveying belt, and to use deviation detection and correction device.
