介绍了在大型磷酸二铵装置上生产含硼磷酸二铵的生产工艺与控制,采用磷酸酸解与返料混合相结合的方法,把五水硼砂引入管式反应器配酸槽和返料系统,并对造粒后的成品进行两次包裹,可有效防止磷酸二铵产品的吸湿与潮解,抑制产品粉化和结块,以确保产品中w(B)≥0.75%。

The production process and controls for the production of boron-containing DAP on a large-sized DAP plant are introduced. By using the combination of phosphoric acid hydrolysis and mixing with the recycled material,and introducing borax pentahydrate into the acid tank and recycle system, and having double wrapping for granulated product,it can effectively prevent the hygroscopicity and deliquesce of DAP product,inhibit the product pulverizing and caking,so as to make sure in the product the w( B) ≥0. 75%.
