中关村与异地共建园区合作机制研究

Study on the Cooperation Mechanism to Build Park of Zhongguancun

简要介绍了跨区域合作共建园区的理论基础,介绍并分析了国内其他区域共建园区发展经验,着重探讨了飞地经济、股份合作、委托第三方开发运营管理3类中关村异地共建园区的适宜开发模式,指出了中关村通过共建园区实现利益共享的实现路径。

This paper described the inter-regional cooperation to build the park＇s theory, presents and analyzed the domestic development of the park to build experience in other regions, focused on the enclave economy, stock cooperative, operational management commissioned third-party developers to build three types of Zhongguancun offsite park suitable development mod-el, pointing out to build the park in Zhongguancun achieved through the realization of shared interests paths.
