摘要
通过等速采样、四氯化碳萃取、红外分光光度等方法,对工业油烟监测进行了方法研究,并通过比对实验和数据分析等对萃取效率,检出限等方法效果进行了验证。得出了采用红外分光光度法测定工业油烟,方法精密性、准确性均符合要求,且分析样品效率高、受干扰小、可靠性强、操作简单,填补了目前我国无工业油烟监测分析方法的空白。
By isokinetic sampling, carbon tetrachloride extraction, infrared spectrophotometric methods for the monitoring of industrial fumes were studied, and the method by comparing the experimental results and data analysis on the extraction effi-ciency, such as the detection limit was verified. Obtained by infrared spectrophotometry industrial fumes, method precision and accuracy were satisfactory and analyze samples of high efficiency, low interference, high reliability, simple operation, no industrial fumes fill the current method of monitoring and analysis of blank.
