渝东某高磷鲕状赤铁矿提铁降杂试验 被引量:3

摘要 为了经济有效地降低高磷鲕状赤铁矿中杂质的含量,以获得合格的商品铁精矿,根据渝东某高磷鲕状赤铁矿矿石性质特点,试验采用强磁—反浮选联合选矿工艺,可以把高磷鲕状赤铁矿中磷从1.03%降低至0.25%,达到企业对铁精矿中磷含量的要求,且铁精矿的TFe品位可提高到58.10%,选矿成本相对较低。试验结果表明,该选矿工艺是高磷鲕状赤铁矿提铁降杂的有效方法。 To economically and efficiently reduce the impurities content in high phosphorus oolitic hematite ore of East Chongqing and gain a qualified iron concentrate,based on the study of the ore properties,the mineral process- ing technology of the combination of high-intensity magnetic separating and reverse flotation was adopted, which can reduce the phosphorous content of the ore from 1.03% to 0.25% ,which can meet the requirements of the sulphur content in the iron concentrate. Meanwhile,the TFe grade of the iron concentrte was improved to 58.10%with a rel- atively low cost. The test results show that it is an efficient method for iron-increasing and impurities-reduction of high phosphorus oolitic hematite ore.
