摘要
本文研究了以Se2O3为原料,盐酸溶解,氨水调节调整pH值,控制pH在3.5 ~4.0,加入氟化铵进行沉淀形成氯化铵氟化钪复盐沉淀.复盐沉淀经分阶段升温保温,脱水、分解脱铵后,制备纯度为99%以上无水SeF3的湿法新工艺.研究结果表明,该湿法制备新工艺简单可行,可有效抑制SeF3制备过程中的水解,减少还原性能差的ScOF的生成,产品能满足金属钪及铝钪中间合金制备对产品的要求.
The double salt precipitation of ammonium chloride and scandium fluoride was carried on by using Sc2O3 as raw material, hydrochloric acid dissolution, adjusting the pH value from 3.5 - 4.0 by ammonia and adding ammo- nium fluoride. Salt precipitation was the new wet process which can prepare over 99% purity anhydrous ScF3 by stage heating and heat preserving, dehydration, decomposition of ammonium removal. The results show that, the wet new preparation process is simple and feasible ,which can effectively inhibit the hydrolysis of ScF3 and reduce the formation of ScOF, whose reduction performance is poor. The products can meet the requirements of scandium metal and aluminum scandium alloy preparation.
