农村城镇化进程中的问题与对策

改革开放以来,我国经济社会快速发展,农村城镇化速度实现前所未有的突破,城镇化建设日新月异,然而在城镇化进程中也出现了一些与社会经济发展不相适应的问题,如发展理念的偏差、农民工"人地不挂钩"等等,农村城镇化持续发展受到前所未有的挑战。针对面临的实际问题提出相关对策,如以人为本;因地制宜、分步推进;繁荣小城镇经济等,以利于实现我国农村城镇化持续发展。

China＇s rural urbanization has been gaining speed with the rapid economic and social development since reform and opening. However, in the process of urbanization some incompatible issues have also arisen, such as deviated developmental ideas, migrant workers, etc., which hinders the steps of urbanization. Faced with these problems, we have taken such countermeasures as humanity-orientation, condition flexibility and implementation step by step.
