美国金融危机对全球经济发展产生了严重影响,深入研究美国金融危机的根源和机制,有益于我们采取一定的政策和措施化解和防范危机。在实证分析的基础上,指出美国金融危机的主要原因是美国经济过度金融化和虚拟化,是经济全球化条件下生产和消费之间矛盾激化的结果,是现代信用制度掩盖的后果。同时概括了美国金融危机对中国经济发展的启示。

The financial crisis in the U.S. has seriously affected the development of global economy. An in-depth study of the root causes of the U.S. financial crisis may help us take certain measures to the crisis. Based on a detailed analysis, it is found that America＇s financial crisis is mainly due to excessive finaneialization and virtualization of the U. S. economy, which is the result of the intensification of conflicts between production and consumption under the condition of economic globalization, as well as a consequence of the modem credit system＇s cover-up. Thus China＇s economic de- velopment may be enlightened by the summary of the U.S. economic crisis.
