摘要
如何使广大青少年学生认同社会主义核心价值观,如何使他们自觉地践行"善行河北"道德实践活动,需要建构起一个科学的导引体系,对青少年学生进行科学的指导和引领。将"善行河北"道德实践活动融入思想政治理论课教学、青少年学生管理全过程以及校园文化之中是"善行河北"导引青少年学生的有效路径。
The imbalance in the resource allocation between urban and rural preschool teachers seriously hinders the realization of educational equity, which has become a big obstacle to the development of the preschool education in the rural areas. The imbalance lies mainly in the number of teachers, structure, quality and stability, etc. Four countermea- sures are put forward to promote fair education in respect to investment, identity recognition, mobile mechanism and the source of teachers.
