摘要 高师声乐教学现状不容乐观。教师的教学应瞄准学生将来从事中小学音乐教学的就业定位,改变"重技巧、轻理论","重声音、轻语言","重技巧、轻表演"的教学套路,注重多元能力培养,拓展教学思路,优化教学方法,为地方经济文化繁荣发展,培养出更多"靠得住,有本事,用得上"的合格人才。 The status quo of music teaching in normal universities on cultivating primary and middle school music teachers. There should "more techniques, less theories", "better sound than articulation", concepts should be improved to cultivate students' diverse abilities in is not optimistic. The teaching aim should be laid be some changes in the routine teaching concept: "more techniques, less performance". Teaching order to train students into "reliable, skilled andapplicable personnel.
