高职顶岗实习教学质量评价方案的研究——以高职汽车检测与维修技术专业为例

顶岗实习是职业教育教学中独有而且重要的一种教学模式和教学过程,是保证职业人才培养质量的一种有效途径。但是由于顶岗实习的过程、时间和空间的特殊性,致使教学过程的监控和评价越发成为了突出而急于解决的难点问题。以汽车检测与维修技术专业顶岗实习评价方案为例,剖析了顶岗实习教学的特点、评价思路,并提出了具体的评价方案。

Internship in the vocational education is one unique and important teaching mode and teaching process, and is an effective way to ensure the quality of professional personnel training. But due to the particularity of internship process, time and space, the monitoring and evaluation of the teaching process increasingly becomes a prominent problem difficult to solve. Taking the evaluation scheme of auto inspection and maintenance technology as an example, this paper analyzes the characteristics and the evaluation ideas of internship teaching, and puts forward the concrete evaluation scheme.
