Clothing Design of Vocational Colleges Curriculum Reform under the Background of the Corresponding Segmentation of the Industry

随着服装产业的细分化和企业对人才需求的变化,高职院校服装专业课程将如何适应企业需求,培养适应企业发展急需的人才,成为课程改革的热点。对应企业的岗位要求,本文提出了内容调整、课程细分、学科联合、模拟企业工作环节等课程改革对策,以供高职院校探讨。

With the development of the garment industry, the talent demand of the enterprise changed. In the higher vocational colleges, how to reform the professional clothing courses to adapt to the needs of enterprises, how to train talents to adapt to enterprise development has become the focus of curriculum reform. In accordance with the business requirements, this paper presents courses reform measures from contents adjustment, course segment, subject combination, subdivision simulation enterprise work links, as the reference for polytechnic colleges.
