以人为本理念下的高校思想政治教育

高校作为国家人才培养的主要阵地,在社会和经济发展中做出了巨大的努力,但自从"以人为本"核心理念提出后,高校的思想政治教育在其成功的光环背后,逐渐显露出自身存在的不足,为了更好地贯彻和执行以人为本的基本思想,切实开展好高校思想政治教育,真正达到"教书育人"的目标,有必要对如何改进高校思政教育工作进行探讨。

With the rapid growth of the demand for translation professionals from the social economic development and with the constant perfection of translation discipline, translation major and the discipline construction, the departments of foreign languages of universities which shoulder the mission of training translation professionals are facing challenges and opportunities. As a course of English major, there are some problems in translation teaching： ambiguous location; outmoded teaching contents and single method. As a result, it is difficult to meet the needs of professional translation talents cultivation. The author of this paper makes an analysis of the problems in translation teaching of higher vocational English and puts forward specific reform strategies for the course of translation.
