Study on the Occupation Education Policy of Japan and Its Enlightenments for China

日本的职业教育正面临着社会经济形势、就业形势变化、生源减少等诸多问题,影响了职业教育的顺利发展。为了振兴职业教育,日本正在推出诸如加强职业院校在继续教育方面的职能等一系列的振兴措施,谋求通过提高职业教育质量、开发适应社会需求的教育项目等方式来促进职业教育的发展。这些措施值得我国职业教育加以参考。

Japanese occupation education is facing many problems such as the changes in the social economic situation, employment situation and decrease of students. These problems affect the smooth development of the occupation education. In order to promote the occupation education, Japan is making a lot of stimulus such as strengthen the occupation college＇s function in continuing education function, try to improve the quality of occupation education and the development of suitable education project, to promote the development of occupation education. These measures are worth referring for our country occupation education.
