摘要
2012年第二届亚洲食学论坛于曼谷举行,来自亚、欧、美20个国家的学者代表出席论坛并发表演讲。论文集分为中国食学者论文汉文分册、其他各国食学者论文英文分册两卷集即将在曼谷正式出版。本文是论坛中方主席、汉文分册主编为该文集所撰写的"序言"。
2012 Asian Food Cultural Heritage Forum was held in Bangkok, and the scholars from 20 more countries attended the symposium. The scholars＇ essay collection including Chinese e- dition and English will be published in Bangkok. This paper is the preface to Chinese essays by the Chinese mainland scholars.
