英语专业学生学位论文撰写困难的对策研究

English Majors' Bachelor Thesis Writing Difficulties and Countermeasure: A Case Study of Chuxiong Normal University

鉴于部分英语专业本科生在进入毕业论文撰写阶段面临无法确立选题或确立选题之后又无从下手的尴尬局面,通过原因分析,发现主要是由于部分学生文献阅读意识不强、专业文献阅读不足以及在前期学习过程中没有打下扎实的专业基础和储备充足的专业知识造成的。只要做好扎实的文献阅读工作,经过系统全面的专业阅读训练以及分析能力和综合能力的培养锻炼,撰写学位论文就具备了良好的基础和必要的条件。

English majors have to face an awkward situation when they are preparing to write the thesis for applying for their bachelor degree： fail to establish a subject, fail to know where to start or how to start even if they have established a subject. This paper analyzes the reason why they have difficulties in their thesis writing and holds that the lack of literature reading consciousness, of reading professional literature and of solid foundation of professional knowledge are their main problems. It is a must for these students to do a good job of solid literature reading and receive a comprehensive professional and systematic reading training.
