构建农村信息综合服务体系是提升楚雄州各级政府管理服务水平的重要保障,是推进农村信息化发展、加快建成小康社会的重要途径和手段。通过加快农村信息综合服务体系建设,搭建农村群众生产生活需要的信息综合服务平台,最终实现改善农村民生服务、改变农村落后面貌和促进农村经济发展的目标,推动全州城乡统筹协调发展。

Constructing rural comprehensive information service system is the significant guarantee of improving the level of Chuxiong govemment management service, and effective measure to speed up rural informationization and accelerate the process of rural modernization. It is a must to speed up the construction of rural information service system, build information integrated platform for rural people in their production and life in order to ultimately improve public services in rural places and put an end to the backwardness of the area.
