搭建终身学习立交桥:动因、内涵与政策建议——以长株潭城市群为例 被引量:2

摘要 搭建终身学习立交桥,是长株潭城市群建设学习型社会和两型社会、贯彻执行《纲要》的需要,也是继续教育改革与发展的内在要求。终身学习立交桥意蕴着各教育主体机构的开放和合作、各级各类教育的立交与衔接、各种教育资源的互补与共享等基本内涵。政府亟需颁行专门的法律法规、整合与共享优质课程资源、建立学习成果互认和衔接机制等政策建议,为搭建终身学习立交桥提供法制保障、奠定平台基础和提供重要依据。 Building a life-long education flyover meets the needs for building a learning society and a resource-conserving and environmentally friendly society, for the fulfillment of The outline planning national long- term education reform and development, and for the reform and development of continuing education. It means the opening and cooperation of all types of education organizations, the joining of all types of education, and the complementation and sharing of all the education resources. We suggest that the government should enact regulations of sharing the excellent curriculum resources, and building the credit accreditation mechanism, to provide lawful assurance, supporting basis and reasoning for building a life-long education flyover.
