摘要
目的探讨高压氧综合治疗脑瘫患儿的效果及对运动功能的改善作用。方法 2008年1月至2012年12月我院脑瘫患儿58例随机分组,对照组30例给予静脉滴注脑活素10 d+按摩、运动功能训练、语言能力训练、针刺等综合治疗20 d为1疗程;研究组28例于脑活素滴注期间加行高压氧治疗,两组均3个疗程后评价肌张力和运动功能。结果研究组治疗后较治疗前肌张力和运动功能有明显改善,对照组无明显变化,研究组治疗前后及肌张力改善与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高压氧可通过促进患儿脑血流灌注量改善脑组织缺血缺氧状态,达到治疗脑瘫作用,结合按摩、运动功能训练等综合方法效果更佳。
Objective To explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy and improvement on motor function. Methods 58 cases of pediatric patients with cerebral palsy in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2012 were randomly divided into two groups: 30 cases in the control group were given intravenous infusion of cerebrolysin 10 d + massage, exercise functional training, language skills training, acupuncture and other comprehensive treatment 20 d, as a course of treatment; 28 cases in the study group were plus hyperbaric oxygen for treatment during cerebrolysin infusion, muscle tone and motor function were evaluated after three courses of treatment in the two groups. Results The study group were improved more significantly in muscle tone and motor function after treatment than pre-treatment, but the control group had no significant change, with statistically significant difference (P 〈0.05) in the study group before and after treatment or muscle tone improvement in comparison with the control group. Conclusions Hyperbaric oxygen can improve brain tissue ischemia and hypoxia by promoting cerebral perfusion in children with cerebral palsy, with better effect when combined with massage, exercise functional training and other comprehensive approaches. '
