家属参与针灸联合心理护理对糖尿病足截肢患者幻肢痛的效果评价

Evaluation of Family's Participation in Acupuncture and Psychological Care on Patients with Phantom Limb Pain After Amputation for Diabetic Foot

目的探讨家属参与针灸联合心理护理对糖尿病足截肢患者幻肢痛的效果。方法将34例糖尿病足截肢后发生患肢痛的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各17例,两组均给予针灸及心理护理,观察组在此基础上增加家属参与整个治疗过程,治疗2个疗程后观察两组的疼痛程度及抑郁焦虑改善情况。结果治疗后观察组的疼痛程度比对照组明显减轻(P<0.01),观察组的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)及汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分显著低于照组(P<0.05)。结论家属参与针灸联合心理护理可有效减轻患者的抑郁、焦虑情绪,缓解截肢后患者的幻肢痛。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of family＇s participation in acupuncture and psychological care on patients with phantom limb pain after amputation for diabetic foot. Methods Thirty-four patients with phantom limb pain after amputation for diabetic foot in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, with 17 cases in each group. All patients were given acupuncture and psychological care, while patients in the observation group had family＇s participation during the therapeutic process additionally. After 2 months of treatment course, the degree of pain and improvement of depression and anxiety were observed and compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the degree of pain of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group （P 〈0.01）, and the HAMD score and HAMA score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Family＇s participation in acupuncture and psychological care for patients with phantom limb pain after amputation for diabetic foot can effectively alleviate patients＇ anxiety and depression, and relieve phantom limb pain.
