摘要
目的探讨改良静脉溶栓疗法对脑梗死患者的护理要点。方法选取采用改良静脉溶栓疗法的160例脑梗死患者为研究对象,根据护理方法不同分为试验护理组(80例)和常规护理组(80例),比较两组的治疗效果。结果试验护理组中治疗总有效率为93.75%,明显高于常规护理组的81.25%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对采用改良静脉溶栓疗法的脑梗死患者进行有效的护理,可取得良好的效果,值得推广研究。
Objective To study the nursing points of modified thrombolytic therapy for patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 160 cases of cerebral infarction treated with modified thrombolytic method were selected as the research objects and divided into the experimental nursing group and conventional nursing group according to the different nursing method, with 80 cases in each group. The clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of experimental nursing group was 93.75%, significantly higher than 81.25% of conventional nursing group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Appropriate nursing care for cerebral infarction patients with modified thrombolytic therapy has a good effect, and it is worthy of study and popularization.
