如何真实再现当下中国乡村?——从《甘家洼风景》引出的思考

当前乡土小说创作在真实再现乡村上总体上存在一定不足,这影响到乡土小说的创作成就,也让它难以得到读者大众的广泛认可,甚至有人因此而质疑乡土小说在当前社会的存在合理性。其实,乡土小说完全可以以自己的方式抵达乡村的深度真实。山西作家王保忠的小说集《甘家洼风景》在创作方法上具有一定启示意义。它继承了赵树理的创作的某些传统,又有所发展,一定程度上揭示出了乡村生活的丰富和复杂。当前乡村社会处于剧烈变化中,内涵复杂而深邃,要真正深入真实地展现乡村世界,作家需要在乡村情感、生活积累和思想高度等方面达到较高的要求。

There are some defects in the true representation of the countryside concerning the current creation of local novels, which has affected the achievement of local novel creation and has somewhat prevented them from an extensive acceptance among readers even to the point of interrogating the rationality of existence for local novels in the current society. As a matter of fact, local novels can portray the depth of reality in their own manner, as is evident in the novel collection--The Landscape of Gan Jia Wa--written by Wang Jiabao, a writer in Shanxi, for it has both inherited and transcended some tradition of Zhao Shuli＇ s literary creation, thus having exhibited the abun- dance and complexity of the rural life to some degree. Given the drastic change of the rural society and its complex and profound connotations thus caused, writers need to meet higher demands in terms of rural emotions, life experi-ences and ideological level so as to present an insightful and true picture of the countryside.
