摘要
海南国际旅游岛文化发展战略是从"文化小省"走向"文化强省"。目前海南文化是传统文化产业、现代文化产业与新兴旅游文化产业的基本结构形态,发展极不平衡,新兴旅游文化产业运行质态欠佳。海南国际旅游岛文化发展要实现"文化强省",必须实行"四主五亚"文化区域的协同发展。打造"四主五亚"协同平衡竞争发展的途径是:强化海南国际旅游岛"文化自觉意识";营造"文化竞争态势";确立"海南国际旅游岛文化认同观";构建"文化创业"激励机制;发展海南国际旅游岛文化产业品牌链支撑力度。
While the cultural development strategy for Hainan international toursim island is to turn Hainan from a "small cultural province" into a "powerful cultural one", as regards current Hainan culture, the basic structure and development between its traditional cultural industry, its modem cultural industry and its rising tourism industry are extremely imbalanced, and its rising tourism industry is of poor operation quality. To attain the goal of building a "powerful cultural province", efforts must be made to achieve the coordinated development of "four major and five sub-major" cultural regions, that is, pains should be taken to coordinate and balance the de- velopment program and strategy for the "four cultural regions"--Haikou culture, Danzhou culture, Li Minority cul- ture, and Sanya culture--and the "five sub-major ones"--Chengmai longevity culture, Lingao puppet culture, Qionghai Boao culture, Wanning Xinglong culture and Miao Minority culture--so as to secure their common compe- tition and development. The approach to the coordinated and balanced competition and development for the above- mentioned cultural regions lies in strengthening the "cultural self-awareness" of Hainan international tourism is- land, in creating the atmosphere of "cultural competition", in establishing the "cultural identity of Hainan interna-tional tourism island", in building the incentive mechanism for "pioneering cultural undertakings", and in boosting the support for the development of named brands of cultural industry in Hainan international tourism island.
