摘要
教育激励作为一种有效的手段在教育领域中的应用非常普遍,但是将其作为学术研究的核心词汇,作为一种独特的教育手段进行研究并不多见,教育激励的理论研究比较匮乏。论文在明确教育激励的基本内涵、澄清教育激励与相关教育理念关系的基础上,着重分析了教育激励的必要性与可能性,提供了几种基本的教育激励模式。旨在通过对教育激励的理论再诠释,使教育者对教育激励有更加清晰的认识,提高教育者对教育激励的重视,促进教育激励在教育教学工作中的高效应用。
The application of education motivation as an effective means is very widespread in the educational field, but its study as a core term of the academic research and as a unique educational technique is rare, hence the rather shortage of studies on theories of education motivation. Based on a definite basic connotation of education motivation and the clarified relations between education motivation and relevant educational theories, this study stresses analyzing the necessity and possibility of education motivation and provides several basic models of educa- tion motivation. The reinterpretation of education motivation can, as is aimed, make educators have a more clear awareness of and attach more importance to education motivation so as to facilitate its efficient use in education and instruction.
