关于转化医学重大基础设施建设的思考

Thinking about the large-scale infrastructure construction of translational medicine

随着转化医学研究在国际、国内的开展,越来越多的转化医学中心在我国建立。然而这些转化医学中心多分散在全国各地,其建立和发展具有较多的随意性,较难在更高的层面统筹形成合力。如何从国家的层面进行规划进而规范地发展,急需进行高效、前瞻的顶层设计。国务院发布的《国家重大科技基础设施建设中长期规划(2012—2030年)》为我国的转化医学建设和发展提供了思路指导。如何贯彻并做好文件中的内容是需要每个立志做好转化医学研究的人员仔细考量的。本文作者基于在中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院进行转化医学研究工作的经历,就如何做好转化医学顶层设计以及具体实施进行了初步的摸索,期与各位同道一同探讨完善,为我国的转化医学的发展贡献力量。

With the development of translational medicine worldwide, more and more translational medicine centers （TMCs） were established in our country. However, most of the TMCs are scattered all over the country, therefore a close collaboration among these centers is difficult to achieve. Effective management and thorough planning are the urgent needs in national level for standardized development. The State Council issued ＇ Outline of the National Program for Long-and Medi-um-Term Major Scientific and Technological Infrastructure Construction （2012-2013） ＇ provided a guidance for the transla-tional medicine development in our country. To follow and implement this guideline is the responsibility of the researchers in the field of translational medicine. The authors based on their work experience of Translational Medical Center of Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, tions of translational medicine system in China.
