摘要
以研制新型固相时间分辨荧光免疫分析螯合剂为目的,以4,4'-二硝基-2,2'-联吡啶-6,6'-二亚甲基双三氟乙酸酯作为起始原料,经过水解、溴化、酯化、对氨基苯乙炔取代等反应,合成了4,4'-二(对氨基苯乙炔基)-6,6'-二[N,N-二(乙氧基羰甲基)氨甲基]-2,2'-联吡啶和4,4'-二(对氨基苯乙炔基)-6,6'-二[N,N-二(叔丁氧基羰甲基)氨甲基]-2,2'-联吡啶,通过熔点、红外光谱、核磁共振、高分辨质谱表征,证实了两种化合物的结构,并对其性质和功能进行了比较。
In order to obtain solid phase time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay chelate of new type, 4,4'-di (p-aminophenylethynyl) -6,6'-bis ( N, N-bis (ethoxycarbonylmethyl) amino methyl) -2,2'-bipyridine and 4,4 '- di (p-aminophenylethynyl) -6,6'-bis ( N, N-bis ( t-butoxycarbonyl- methyl ) amino methyl ) -2,2'-bipyridine were synthesized from 4, 4'-dinitro-2, 2'-bipyridine-6, 6'-dimethyl bis (trifluoroacetate) by four steps: hydrolyzation, bromination, esterification and substitution. The structures of the compounds were charactered by differential scanning calorimetry, infrared spectroscopy, 1H NMR and high resolution mass spectrometry. The properties and functions of the compounds were studied and compared
